Welcome to www.Wallet2Change.in. Please read our terms and conditions carefully. These must be followed when using our exchange services. Make sure you understand and agree with our exchange service policies.


NOTICE:

  • As cryptocurrency is illegal, we never give payment through cryptocurrency. Do not request us to pay using cryptocurrencies. We do not process payments for betting, gambling, and illegal web payments. We work only for freelancers, outsourcers, and online workers.
  • You must verify your Wallet2Change account with your ID Card, Driver’s License, Aadhar Card, Passport Scan Copy, or Bank Statement. When making an order by bank transfer, you must provide a scanned copy of your Aadhar Card/Pan Card (front and back) for Wallet2Change security reasons.

1. Must Read (Terms)

1.1 By accepting our services, online gambling, money laundering, terrorist activities, or any other criminal activity is strictly prohibited. Wallet2Change authorities will not be liable in any way for using this service for crime. If necessary, legal action may be taken.

1.2 You must always send money/dollars to the updated number/account given on our website.

1.3 Do not rush when placing an order or for payment after ordering. Often, wrong orders are submitted and payment is made to the wrong address. Double-check your order 2-3 times before submitting.

1.4 If you submit the wrong number or account in the order, the responsibility is entirely yours. In such cases, we will not pay a second time. However, if we recover your funds, they will be returned according to the rules of the respective gateway. Please follow up after a certain period.

1.5 Prices may change at any time. Ensure you check the updated price before ordering.

1.6 Dollars/money must be sent from your account/in your own name. Do not send dollars directly from the client's account.

1.7 You will bear all charges for the transaction.

1.8 Wallet2Change reserves the right to add, subtract, modify, or change the policy without notice.

1.9 Do not order for exchange with any incorrect information.

1.10 We accept and make payments via Bank (India), PAYTM, UPI, GPAY, BHIM, etc.

1.11 The exchange agency will not be responsible for the amount debited by your bank for tax and other services. You should pay the amount you wish to exchange, including any tax your bank may charge.

1.12 We are not responsible for any losses caused due to any misuse of the agency by yourself.

1.13 Wallet2Change.in is our only website. We do not operate on any other websites. Beware of fraudulent and scam websites using our name. We do not take responsibility for your loss when using similar sites with different domains (e.g., .in, .edu, .org, etc.)

1.14 All users must verify (KYC) their account. If you send an amount without completing verification and claim to cancel and refund, it will be charged up to 8-10% as a maintenance charge. Avoid bank transactions without complete verification (KYC).


2. Condition

2.1 Wallet2Change.in is a service for exchanging electronic payment systems (digital currencies).

2.2 The order process usually takes 2-5 minutes, with a maximum of 60 minutes to complete.

2.3 Before each transaction, please review our rates, reserves, and terms and conditions. Wallet2Change will not be responsible for any issues related to the transaction if not reviewed.

2.4 Wallet2Change is not responsible for any actions of blacklisted users (hackers). If we find any blacklisted users, we will submit user (hacker) documents to the government police. We are not allowed where deemed illegal. The user shall be fully responsible for compliance with local legislation.

2.5 No third-party payments will be accepted. Wallet2Change account name and your bank holder name must be the same. If we find that the funds come from a third party, we will not accept the payment and will immediately reject your order. Third-party payments will be refunded less the transaction fees of e-currency and maintenance fees up to an 8-10% processing fee. Avoid third-party transactions.

2.6 Do not write any words like Exchange, Wallet2Change, Forex, USD Deposit, FBS Deposit, Crypto, USDT, Dollar, Perfect Money, Investment, etc., in the recipient reference. Never mention anything in the bank remarks/description column. Always keep the remarks/description line blank (you can enter only the account holder's nickname). If you write prohibited words in bank transactions, we will charge you 30% for tax. Thank you for understanding.

2.7 All users are solely responsible for offering valid information to complete the registration or to submit the exchange order.

2.8 All fiscal matters of Wallet2Change orders and/or transactions are the sole responsibility of the user.

2.9 Payment must be made with the exact amount specified in the user's order. If the user remits more or less than the amount stated in the order, we will adjust the user’s order to the exact amount of funds received without prior notification.

2.10 Pending orders (orders waiting for the user’s payment) will be automatically deleted after the period specified in the order details.

2.11 Wallet2Change.in reserves the right to refund the customer's funds without providing a reason if Wallet2Change.in has any doubts, including subjective ones.

2.12 All users must attach/submit their payment declaration for each INR transaction.

3.1 Money laundering is a common technique used by financial criminals to hide illegal gains.

Money laundering is generally defined as engaging in acts designed to conceal or disguise the true origins of criminally derived proceeds so that the unlawful proceeds appear to have been derived from legitimate origins or constitute legitimate assets.
